Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Fisher Exchange, LLC, doing business as The Hub Food Park (“The Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website at hubfoodparkmankato.com (the “Site”). We are a food truck park located at 512 N. Riverfront Dr., Mankato, MN 56001.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose — if anything here is unclear, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

The short version

  • Our Site is an informational brochure site. It has no online ordering, no shopping cart, no user accounts, and no newsletter signup.
  • We do not ask you to fill out any forms on the Site, so we do not collect names, addresses, or payment details through it.
  • Like nearly every website, our web server and our security/performance provider automatically record limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
  • We embed a Google Map so you can find us. Google receives information about you when that map loads.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information we collect

Information you choose to give us

The Site does not currently include a contact form, booking form, or email signup. If you choose to contact us using the phone number or email address listed on the Site, we will receive whatever information you include in that call or message — for example your name, phone number, email address, and the substance of your inquiry. We use that information solely to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and our security and content-delivery provider automatically log standard technical information, including:

  • Your IP address
  • Your browser type, version, and operating system
  • The pages you requested and the date and time of the request
  • The referring page or source, if any
  • Approximate geographic region derived from your IP address

We use this information to operate and secure the Site — for example, to diagnose errors, to block malicious traffic and repeated failed login attempts, and to understand overall traffic volume. We do not use it to build a marketing profile of you.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not set advertising or marketing cookies. The cookies that may be set are limited to:

  • Security and performance cookies placed by our content-delivery and security provider (Cloudflare) to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or malicious traffic.
  • WordPress functional cookies, which are set only if you log in to the Site as an administrator. Ordinary visitors are not logged in and do not receive these cookies.
  • Third-party cookies that may be set by embedded content, as described in the next section.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the Site.

Embedded content and third-party services

Some content on the Site is loaded from third parties. When that content loads, those companies can receive your IP address and other technical information, and may set their own cookies, exactly as if you had visited their site directly. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. These currently include:

  • Google Maps — we embed a map on our “Find Us” section. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — provides security filtering, email-address obfuscation, and content delivery for the Site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • Third-party script libraries loaded from a public content-delivery network (unpkg) to power animations on the Site.
  • Social media links — the Site links to our Facebook page. Following that link takes you to Facebook, where Meta’s privacy policy applies.

Analytics

We do not currently run website analytics. We may add an analytics service in the future to understand how many people visit the Site and which pages are most useful. If we do, that service will collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source, and may set cookies or use similar identifiers for that purpose. We will update this Privacy Policy to name the provider before or at the time analytics are enabled.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Respond to questions, feedback, and inquiries you send us
  • Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized access
  • Understand general traffic patterns and site performance
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our rights

We do not use the information we collect to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that host the Site, deliver and secure its content, and provide related technical services, acting on our behalf and under contract.
  • Embedded third parties. As described above, embedded content such as Google Maps causes information to be transmitted to those providers directly.
  • Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fisher Exchange, LLC, our visitors, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be transferred as a business asset.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it. Server and security logs are typically retained for a short period (generally no more than 12 months) and then deleted or overwritten by our hosting and security providers. Emails and other correspondence you send us are retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Security

The Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls, a web application firewall, and intrusion-prevention measures — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to it, to request correction or deletion, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

Because we do not maintain accounts, mailing lists, or customer databases through the Site, in most cases the only information we hold about a visitor is short-lived technical log data that is not readily linked to a named individual. Even so, we will honor verifiable requests to the extent the law requires and the data exists.

Minnesota residents. The Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act may provide residents with rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and to question the result of profiling decisions. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, may provide residents with rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. The Site is intended for a local Minnesota audience and we do not target or market to individuals in the EEA or UK. If you are located there and access the Site, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and on your consent where consent is required.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting on a request. You will not be charged for a reasonable request, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our response.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising purposes, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.

Links to other websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites and social media pages, including those of the food trucks and vendors who operate at The Hub. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the technologies we use, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
